From the subscription settings of the platform you subscribed on (the App Store on iPhone). Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

Sign in with your account, then use « Restore purchases » on the subscription screen.

Graduo promo codes are used in the web app. They can't be entered in the iPhone app.

Profile, then Settings, then « Delete my account ». Deletion starts as soon as you confirm. Your subscription is cancelled separately, on the platform where you took it. You can also write to privacy@graduo.app.

In settings, « Export my data » gives you a file with your information.
