Summary: By using Graduo, you agree to use the educational service responsibly. You must meet the minimum age requirements and subscriptions are handled through Apple or Google Play.

1. Legal information

  • App name: Graduo.
  • Operator: Graduo (entity in formation, France).
  • Contact: contact@graduo.app and privacy@graduo.app.

2. Acceptance and service

  • By downloading, accessing, or using Graduo, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
  • Graduo provides AI learning roadmaps, quizzes, flashcards, homework support, study tools, and gamification.

3. Age requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old. In France and some EU countries, users under 15 may need parental consent.
  • If false age information is discovered, we may suspend or terminate the account.

4. Accounts

  • Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, do not share your account, and report unauthorized use quickly.

5. Subscriptions and payments

  • Premium prices, trials, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation options are shown in the App Store or Google Play checkout before purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage cancellation in Apple ID or Google Play settings.

6. EU withdrawal right

  • EU consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. To exercise it, contact contact@graduo.app. App Store or Google Play refund rules may also apply.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Graduo illegally, bypass security, reverse engineer the app, automate abuse, harass others, or use it to cheat in violation of school rules.

8. AI-generated content

  • AI content is for learning only and may be inaccurate. Verify important information with authoritative sources. Your interactions are not used to train third-party AI models.

9. Intellectual property

  • Graduo owns the app and service. You keep ownership of your notes and uploads. AI-generated content is for personal, non-commercial study use.

10. Liability and termination

  • The service is provided as available. Nothing limits statutory consumer rights. You may delete your account at any time, and we may terminate access for serious violations.

11. Disputes and law

  • Contact us first at contact@graduo.app. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving EU consumers of mandatory local protections.
