Delete Your Account

Your right: You can request deletion of your Graduo account and associated personal data at any time. We process deletion requests within 30 days, usually faster.
1. Delete in the app
- Open Graduo on iOS or Android.
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Go to Account, then choose Delete my account.
- Follow the confirmation flow and re-authentication step.
- Your account is queued for deletion.
2. Email request
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@graduo.app with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address linked to your account.
3. What is deleted
- Firebase Auth account and profile data.
- Roadmaps, mini-games, flashcards, mind maps, revision sheets, podcasts, homework sessions, and AI history.
- Uploaded documents, OCR images, generated content, progress, XP, achievements, and linked analytics identifiers.
4. What may be retained

5. Subscription cancellation
Important: Deleting your Graduo account does not cancel an active Apple or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the store settings.
6. Children accounts and contact
Parents or legal guardians can request deletion of a child account by writing to privacy@graduo.app with proof of parental authority.
